| SHIPPING METHOD AND CHARGES |
| |
| Standard shipping charges are based on UPS shipping costs. Small items such as accessories and bedding are typically shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. |

| Larger furniture items require special services in shipping and delivery. These items are large and heavy and therefore Canterbury must ship them via Standard Delivery with special in-home furniture carriers. These oversized items incur a Standard Delivery shipping surcharge in addition to the regular shipping charges noted below. Shipping surcharges are noted on an item's product description and in your Shopping Cart. |

| LOCAL IN HOME DELIVERY |
| |
| Furniture that is shipped with an in-home delivery service via Standard Delivery will be placed inside the main threshold of the home. (Assembly service is not provided). |

| PREMIER DELIVERY is available for many of our oversized items. Upon delivery, the Premier Delivery carrier will unpack, place these furniture pieces in the room of your choice and discard the packing materials. (Assembly service is not provided). If Premier Deliver service is available for a product, it will be presented as an option on an item's product page. This convenient service is typically an extra $90 per item, above the regular shipping cost and surcharge. Please contact the store for an exact price quote. |

| ULTIMATE DELIVERY is available for all of our items within a 30-mile radius. (If you live outside the 30-mile radius, please contact us for a custom quote) This service includes a designer accompanying your products delivery. The designer will then work with you on creating a well-outfitted haven for your little one. This could include styling with existing pieces and incorporating the new pieces or complete new room set up. The magic happens when everything comes together and we would be honored to make this happen. This custom service is typically $200 per room. (Assembly is available, for an additional $65 per item) |

| RETURNS AND EXCHANGES |

| Non-Custom Items |
| We provide the highest quality merchandise and wonderful shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and they?re original packaging and returned within 7 days of receipt. |

| Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of you, the customer. |

| If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping. If you have any questions, please email us at customerservice@canterburykids.net |

| Custom Items |
| Hand-painted, personalized, or custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, and all made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom are notated as such in the product descriptions. |

| Cancellations |
| We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, please call us within 2 business days of placing your order at (616-667-1705) and we will do our best to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, please see our Returns policy for further instructions. |

| Gift Certificates |
| Canterbury Kids offers gift certificates to help you give the perfect gift. Our gift certificates are available in $10.00 increments and are non-refundable. |

| Gift Wrapping |
| We are pleased to gift-wrap your purchases for a fee of $5.00 per item. Gift-wrapping is available on select items only. Please contact us to verify that the item can be gift-wrapped. |

| Custom Bedding |
| At Canterbury kids we offer our own exclusive line of bedding. You can pick your own fabric and have it custom made to fit your décor and style. |

| In addition we offer monogramming, which ads that personalized touch to any room. Monogramming also makes a wonderful gift idea for the new baby on the way. |

| Serene nursery, a fun playroom, or a beautiful bedroom, we can do it all. The magic is in how everything comes together. |

| Custom Murals |
